From experience, Doctors often can’t read their own writing. Chemists, radiographers and Medical Scientists are the real cryptographers.
Don’t forget the pharmacists.

Good thing I’m not a doctor. I read the chart as “Take three days running and then skip a day.” It was making me tired just looking at it. I must need glasses.
I rarely get a paper prescription any more. They send them to the pharmacy via computer.
Looks like “Captcha?” Website security code?
