There’s no such thing as “clean coal”, just slightly less dirty. They compensate though with mountaintop removal and other mining methods that more than make up for the damage reduced by “scrubbers”.
If this were anyone else who poisons the drinking water of an entire state that person would be branded a terrorist and sent to Gitmo. But since it’s a corporation…Carry on!
