I have loved the Nancy comic strip my since I was a child….still do…..my marriage was a lot like that in todays comic….but unfortunately it has unraveled…hopefully, in time we can get back to this….
Give 70 percent and expect 35 percent back. That is what the minister said when he married my son and daughter-in-law. They have been married 13 years and were dating seven years before that.
My husband and other married son took the same advice, and it has worked. Our marriage is in better shape than it has ever been, and we have been together 41 years. My sons’ marriages are strong, too.
That is what I am seeing in today’s strip. Extra effort is being put out to keep the fires burning in more ways than one.
-I am Jewish, but have studied other religions. I just find it hard to believe that those religions whose followers insist one group of people is inferior to another are interpreting the bases of their religion correctly….

Great strip today Guy!! I am going to remember this one as I am sure I will able use it in my sunday school class someday.
