Okay, why does Obama illegally change the conditions of the ACA repeatedly instead of go to Congress and get proper legislated changes passed?.Why does Obama have the EPA illegally taxing and otherwise costing carbon instead of getting Congress to pass laws that would make that legal?.So, one “toy” he is hording illegally is legislative power that resides with Congress..Another he is hording is fully and faithfully carrying out the laws of the land. From the DOMA (whether you agree with it or not is a seperate issue) to immigration to many other laws Obama and HIS Justice Department have selectively enforced laws in effect acting as a defacto Supreme Court..As President he cannot “…do whatever (he) want(s)…” as he has publically stated.Remember him telling the Republicans “I won, get over it?” That was over their refusal to pass the ACA or vote for it.Obama’s pedantic and narssisitic attitude towards anyone or thing that does not kowtow to his every whim marks him as much like a selfish spoiled child that wants to horde all the toys to himself.
