You came at the wrong time, Pigita. Just like your boyfriend, you really got to get those misunderstandings cleared up.

It’s an episode of Three’s Company. You know … the one with the misunderstanding.

Ok I live in the southwest and had never heard of a “haboob” before. Looked it up we call it a dust storm little simpler description with less tendency of misunderstandings like pig’s

I live in the southwest too, and the weather people started leaning on this “haboob” business about two years ago. On the one hand I can understand that it makes more sense to use an Arabic word than “dust storm” which comes from Old Norse, since our climate is more like North Africa than Denmark..But for true authenticity, I suggest using the indigenous Pima word for this phenomenon: jegos.

I love what I learn from the comments section of PBS. Most of you are far more intellectual than I am! I’ll never remember all those new terms, so I shall just stick with “dust storm”. By the way, I live in Florida on the Gulf Coast. Are there other names for hurricanes?

Never heard the term before. I bet Pigita hasn’t, either. Be careful how you handle this one, Pig (as it were)….

In deference to that dumb Pig, it’s hard to miss haboob, when after all, Pigita is topless.

And you chose to spew your hate here for no apparent reason. Wow. And you call the church-goers nasty names. . . .

Cyclone comes from Cy Klone, a pitcher for the Chicago White Sox, who was thrown out of baseball after the 1919 scandal.

I am going to take a wild guess & say that the weather guys spent some time in The Middle East. My husband did four tours in Afghanistan & sent home pictures calling the storms haboobs. Meanwhile the spellchecker for go-comics says haboob isn’t a word! lol

We’ve run into them in Arizona and the funny thing is, they are so common. there are permanent warning signs along the Interstate. Haboobs are terrifying, it’s like driving while wearing a blindfold.Often, they result in huge, multi-car, domino type accidents. In some parts of Calif we have tule fog, just about as dangerous, but does not pit your windshield and paint.

Note how Goat “delivers the goods” and “does the damage,” then leaves Pig to himself in the situation that he (Goat) just caused..Somehow, this seems out-of-character for Goat..Unless, of course, he had just pulled a similar stunt on Rat!

Pig, we’ve talked about this many times before. When are you going to realize what a toxic, abusive relationship you have with Pigita and dump her once and for all? And Pigita, build a bridge and get over yourself, already. You’re not that pretty, you’re not that special, and Pig can do 1,000,000 times better than you!

You’re the one who brought it up and said “boobs would be in church.” If I misunderstood,, I apologize. What, exactly, did you mean?
