He screwed up in Iraq and didn’t get those non-existent WMD’s, and only killed 300,000 innocent people to get Saddam for contracting on his daddy, oh, right over 5,000 dead Americans doesn’t count. Keeping our troops, and noses, OUT of other countries problems, is called diplomacy, or in the case of supplying only equipment to NATO, and not losing our troops, is one heck of a lot smarter than anything Reagan, Bush 41 or Bush 43 did. Joe Joockstrap Chickenhawk mandates Repbulican “foreign policy”, and it well, sucks.
As a ’Nam vet, who recognized that LBJ was wrong, and Nixon screwed it up even worse, and ran the war, and the failures, longer than LBJ, history is a lesson I think Obama IS paying a little better attention to.
Russia’s only military naval base on the Black Sea is in Crimea, they have Russian ethnics there, we don’t. Not our problem, at all. Putin DOES suck, but he’s got a heck of a lot better claim than we do in Afghanistan or Iraq…

I’d never heard of the man so I looked him up. He died 10 years after he first came out with ‘Cops of the World’ (it’s on an album ‘Phil Ochs in Concert’, 1966). He died 1976.
And what if he commited suicide? Does it make his words less meaningful?
Ever heard of the story of the boy who cried wolf one time too many? If you want to be de facto referee of the world or even a hockey game you need one thing; credibility. The US lost all that the day it invaded Iraq.
