It just goes to show that if you place a high enough price on anything, people’s snobbery will override the fact that they are consuming a waste product.

I have tried that coffee that has passed through a civet. Free taste test…. It tastes good. Robust. Flavourful. .But I’m not going to buy the coffee. Way too expensive.

I thought komodos were strict carnivores and largely scavengers. Were they force fed the beans like so many froi gras geese are grain?
