It just goes to show that if you place a high enough price on anything, people’s snobbery will override the fact that they are consuming a waste product.

I have tried that coffee that has passed through a civet. Free taste test…. It tastes good. Robust. Flavourful. .But I’m not going to buy the coffee. Way too expensive.

I thought komodos were strict carnivores and largely scavengers. Were they force fed the beans like so many froi gras geese are grain?

Now, what about coffee infused with partly digested jalapeno?

And here I’ve always though ALL coffee tastes like…excrement!
