Hmm, follow Colorado and Washington, legalize pot and commercial hemp, get the growers off the public lands where they’re doing so much damage, tax the legal product, and solve both environmental and economic problems in the state.
Hmm, maybe dandelion, and invasive species that is very destructive, like so many who moved to California during and after WW II from the east coast, and later “conservatives” who voted against a viable tax base, with support from Reagan to really screw things up.
