Like “better” wines, it is not blended. And thus a higher price and snob appeal.

I just read about this: Single origin- coffee beans from a specific farm or cooperative of farms, but can also mean a single region of the country or from one country.

Does it wake me up? Smell like coffee? Is it NOT that sludge brewed by Starbucks? If yes to all 3 it is coffee. That’s all I need to know or care about.

I’m only a beginner in the language. ‘Large’ is small and ‘venti’ is large. Did I get that right?

Many coffee shops in Japan have menus where you can choose the type of coffee beans you want. Prices vary depending on the beans. The lowest price is for a blend, the highest is usually Blue Mountain from Jamaica.
