Jazmine: Hello. My name is Jazmine. Um, my family moved to Woodcrest this summer. I'm glad I'm here at J. Edgar Hoover Elementary even though Huey says it's an evil place. I like reading and playing outside, and when I grow up, uh, I want to be a veterinarian even though I'm allergic to cats. Huey: Hey, aren't you leaving something out, soul sista? Forgetting to mention something, nubian princess? Jazmine: No!! And you're not funny, Huey!!

Not saying it’s right, but it is her choice and Huey should respect that.

Because Tom and Sarah probably told her too. They want her to think that she’s just a darker white/lighter black then the rest of the white kids. I think this is the main reason I hated Tom and Sarah…they shielded her from the obvious. She’s mixed, she’s black and white combined…there’s no way to stop it. Honestly, if they couldn’t explain her heritage, then they shouldn’t have had her. And it probably does damage to her later down the line.
