A recent article in Time magazine reported on the fact that ACA is working very well in Kentucky, specifically because the state planned ahead and created a health exchange. I’m sure this causes Mr. McConnell no end of headache.
Not true. It wasn’t dumb. It was an expression of hatred of Obama, which is the only issue for Republicans/Fox “news” viewers.
