Sky: Hi there.
Garfield: that?
Sky: I am nature. I am the sky.
Mountain. I am the mountain.
Ocean: I am the ocean.
Sky: Pretty impressive, huh?
Garfield: Uh-huh. If you can be a cat.
The line (from Heinlein) actually is, “Women and cats will do as they d__n well please, and men and dogs might as well relax and get used to the idea.”
Ruling is one thing, doing what one pleases anyway is another. And I’m saying this as one who gets along better with women and cats than with most men and dogs. I like house cats, but I know who I’ll bet on if a dog of any size gets into a fight with one.

Cats Rule! And they know it!

Rather poetic, and a little philosophical. It makes me think a little bit of the Carl Sandburg poem “Fog”. I like it.

Garfield, in usual form.

If there’s a mountain lion around, maybe he’ll get his come-uppance - or maybe the cougar will have pitty (sic) on the kitty.

Cats and women rule, and men and dogs have to come to grips with that concept.

Beautiful scenes! :-) Garfield, what do you mean “If you can’t be a cat?” It means that you would be something else than being a cat.

Is Garfield still written by Davis, or done by a company in India?

Susan001:
Where are snow-capped mountains so close to the ocean?
My first guess: South America. Pretty awesome mountains, too (second only to the Himalayas in spots).
