Actually, Le Truck is a pretty good idea. Upscale catering combined with folding tables and a snotty waiter. Wiley, quitting your day job and starting up as an entrepreneur?

Didn’t TJ try that business venture in the “Luann” strip?

The operators of this food truck were former employees of failed fast food companies; they realized tht they need to put more to get more.

Our town has a monthly food truck festival where all sorts of food trucks from cheap to gourmet gather in a large parking lot around a food tent. A band plays, school choirs sing, and believe it or not, lots of people come.
