Not sure why people get so upset about the saggy pants. Sure, they look stupid. Sure they look like they’ve just dropped a load in their pants. But technically, they aren’t showing inappropriate parts of their anatomy, and as corpcasselbury says, it helps the cops catch them with their pants down. Most adolescent fashions are pretty bad, and most adults look back at their own teen fashion with embarrassment.
