I’ve heard rumors that they are going to stop making plastic bags sometime soon, so I’m saving every plastic bag I can get my hands on. #1: it keeps them out of the ocean, and #2: I’’ll never run out of them. (At least, in my lifetime!)
Yeah, I’ve got a big bag of plastic bags waiting to go to the recycle bin at walmart. My next shopping trip isn’t until the week after Thanksgiving. I use the cloth shopping bags, since it’s my husband who decides on his way to work, to take side trips to the store for something or other for his lunch and he brings home the plastic bags.
In my county in California, you can still bring in your own. Most stores sell oversized woven plastic bags with handles and their logo printed on the side. Otherwise, paper at ten cents each.
I stuff all my plastic bags into one giant plastic bag, when it’s full I take it back to Safeway and stuff it in the recycling bin. The skinny plastic bag my newspaper comes in is perfect for doggie clean up. Put your hand all the way in, grab it then pull it inside out tie it shut and done!

Nope. Try to avoid getting them. When I do, I take them to the Friends book shop to be reused.

Yes. They make dandy garbage bags when I run out of kitchen catchers, and I also put used cat litter in them.

I have cloth bags that need to be surgically attached so that I will remember to take them into the store.

Use them for trash bags. Still have two bags despite using reusable so for last year.

We have the bag of plastic bags in the garage. We use reusable ones all the time but never seem to have enough. I guess we buy too much.
