There’s a world of difference between “edible” and “food”. Elvis ate it… ergo, it is (or was) edible. And of course, the fact that he threw it up everywhere doesn’t mean that it wasn’t also food. My cat throws up his food far more often than I care to remember.

At least it wasn’t a Poinsettia otherwise Elvis will be leaving us soon.

I have 2 Siamese. Finicky, regal, silly, and special.As is EVERY cat in this world.

Can see it now….follow up investigation……three in a box….and what is that baby doing.

Same with chocolate and dogs.

That is why we don’t have plants in our place. We do have some empty boxes that have to checked out occasionally.

Got to love these feline follies. (But watch yourselves Puck & Lupin — remember what curiosity did to the cat!)

I’m seeing this while in Atlanta for the Cat Writers’ Association conference (I’m speaking this afternoon)! Now I’ll add it to my GoComics collection.

Lupin: This just in: The People bought some stupid looking thing for the dining room. Elvis, how we doing?

Elvis: This thing is terrible, and I hate it.

Puck: Is it edible, Elvis?

Elvis: Hard to say, Puck. I just threw it up everywhere.

Lupin: Thanks for that, Elvis. Up next, our new segment “What’s inside this box?” Followed immediately by “What’s outside this box?”
