Times change out West. Once the wagon took a years supplies to the general store to sell, now it is bigger trucks for bigger supplies. Maybe we could just buy from the truck as it comes into town instead of the warehouse store.

Number 1 rule at Costco: Bring a cart along. I’ve gone in to by a just a CD and ended up walking out with $400+ worth of stuff.

My daughter or my mother-in-law take me occasionally. We usually end up splitting those large packs of whatever.

! Support your local grocery! They are your neighbors. Those big places take the $$ out of the local economy.

I was never so happy when North Dakota got it’s FIRST Costco two years ago… after moving here from PA and NJ, I was in withdrawal. Of course, I just did exactly what Roz did, filled by truck with over $ 1,000 worth of “stock up for the winter” supplies so I don’t have to go drive another 200 miles to get there and back until Spring! LOL

ONE broom? Don’t they only sell them in six-packs?

I’m fine when I go to get a particular something, I’m dangerous when I just go in to look around!

I refuse to shop at Walled World, Sammy’s Club, Cost is BS Co, or any of these monster box chains!.Way too many years with my own retail small business. I guess it’s just how I am…
