Somebody called this within the last few days.

I enjoy listening to the old radio programs on XM radio. It’s always a delight to hear Frank Nelson on programs like Jack Benny or Fibber McGee.

Reminds me of Mel Blanc on the Jack Benny Radio show when Jack goes to Macys, and oily condescending voiove of Mel Blanc says: “Yesss…”

Another great old time radio site is http://brandoclassicsotr.com. Huge selection with daily schedule that has new episodes every week such as Lum and Abner, Jack Benny, Amos ’n Andy, Terry and the Pirates, Dick Tracy, Father Knows Best, Fibber MeGee and Molly and countless others.

Interesting and fun going back to the old joke about the Marx Brothers! The fellow looks a lot like Gale Gordon to me, which would be in keeping with the wit of some of his characters.

There are also a number of podcasts available that have complete episodes of Jack Benny and other OTR series.
