All of this bickering above ignores the simple fact that if CONGRESS WOULD DO ITS JOB, it wouldn’t make a darned bit of difference what Mr. Obama thinks about doing about immigration.
Did you ever stop to think that this might just be a ploy to light a fire under Congressional leaders to get their act in gear? It surely seems to have gotten a reaction from their constituents. But it appears that Congress is overdosed on thorazine, and will do nothing a no time.
But it’s more fun to hate Mr. Obama. I get it. Carry on.
His track record for 6 years and a clear 2-year path ahead to get away with anything/everything, gives Obama’s Royal ego all the confidence to openly thumb his nose at the GOP members of Congress, and thumb his nose at the American People.-It hasn’t been the GOP “doing nothing”…the senate Democrat’s political vote (with no thought to US economy or jobs or national security) to kill the Pipeline bill. That vote followed years of the majority Democrat senate filing 400 House-passed bills into the shredder, and Democrats leading the Media to blame only the Republicans.
My disappointment, Night, is how much of Bush, like NSA, he did indeed carry on , and didn’t close Gitmo, but when it comes to the idiots saying “king”, they need to review “unitary executive” where for eight years Bush and Cheney ignored the Congress, AND the Judiciary (any time it tried to restrain them, which was rare.)
This will go real well for O’Messiah. Or about as well as the last two years has gone. It is all tumbling down now. Time to go into the bunker and start directing imaginary divisions. After all, division has always been King-O’s strong suit.
He still says he can’t change the law on his own, but he can change certain aspects of it and then wait for the fat, slow elephant to finally get off its butt and out of the way.
And President Obama didn’t change the immigration law. When will the House PASS an immigration law?? What the hell do they do there except name post offices?
