That’s not the answer they were looking for, Phil! ;)

If they ask, what kind of benefits your friendship comes with, run.

Run, Phil, run! Do you really want step-parenting duties with these 2 nosy kids! Girls, MYOB!

There’s definitely a plot “arc” on the horizon. I’m looking forward to seeing what happens. A confrontation around this issue is for sure.

Why, yes. We do many things. But we stopped doing that thing that makes the dog howl, and we’re cutting back on the stuff that was wearing my mustache away and making her walk funny. I have pictures. You wanna see?

@MeGoNow.. that’s BAD. You are gross!@marantz… They are just kids. This is going to affect them also and maybe they are ready for a stepdad. Phil knows the girls are there to stay and to me the girls are not asking what they do. I believe they are clueless regarding the “benefit” department. To them, friends mean just hanging out. But a “boyfriend” means snuggling, holding hands and kissing.

Girls are getting to the point of mom and Phil moving forward with their lives. Phil is not thinking what the girls are wanting. Neither is their mom.

@ Strod. I do not have a dirty mind. As Kab Buch said, “not proper for a family strip”. And I do not believe you don’t know what MeGoNow meant.

What I want to know is — who’s going to have the “Friends with Benefits” talk with the girls…?

Well, the girls are taking advantage of the fact that their Mom is not around. They are curious but more polite than they used to be. There seems to be less conflict between them since they got separate rooms. Maybe this arc will be settled on Valentine’s Day. Or not.

Go Holly.. maybe this is your role. The kids are the ones that can be straight up about this and get a straight answer.
