Indeed…if it can cause Ned Flanders to have an outburst, it must be annoying. Although constant sighing is annoying to. Oldie gets a pass though, panting is a necessity.
What kills me is most nose whistlers seem to have also lost the upper registers to their hearing and they just don’t understand what you’re talking about.
