Does bucky mean fishing or fetching?
I do not sit around in a boat drinking beer all day when I fish.
I sit on the bank.

I float down the beautiful Allegheny river, with beer.

Well it makes sense. Bucky can’t go fishing because then he would be a Fisher Cat.
