    there is not much of a difference between low fat and regular yogurt other than extra sugar that may be added to make it more sweet and palatable to others

    My mother loved yogurt. She convinced me to try it many times. I still think it tastes like something I thought I threw out last week.Frozen yogurt is a different story. That I like, along with smoothie/drinkable yogurt.
