I’m with Grandma up to the lunch, since they are feeding them decent options, health-wise. Unless the kid is a diabetic who isn’t doing what they should, and would likely find other ways to cheat (maybe food ordered by a friend in exchange for something)… Why is the school recording what the kids are individually ordering (which again isn’t necessarily what they’re eating).

My father is a professor, and homework is sometimes done online and even with assignments done on paper grades are visible online as he finishes grading (online things are graded by the program). Tests and lab reports as well. The students always know their exact status. Amazing how many will then ask for the grade moved up a percentage or two at the end, when there has been extra-credit questions on most homework and often on exams. All of which were done by the students getting As anyway. He can pull up the records of the students asking and tell them how much higher their grade would have been if they’d just done the homework extra credit, which are no harder than the assignment and would get partial credit for a partially correct answer (up to where the math went wrong). Since they can see the same information it does help get them to stop bothering him sooner, usually
