One of the few times in my life I ever saw my dad furious: Picked him up at the airport after a business trip. He made it back; his bags did not. He stormed over to baggage claim and ripped the agent a new one. Agent was extremely apologetic; the bags were delivered to the house within 24 hours. Must have been a really bad trip to set my dad off like that.
