Iran, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, and Turkey read a book titled "Boots on the Ground for Dummies. Iraq: This is hard... I miss when the U.S. would just do everything!
Always fun to blame the big O for everything, but maybe we could look at world-wide corruption and a rising, ravening, rotting radicalism sickening the planet. Let’s all get out there and put a stop to THAT! Or maybe someone could fine a magic wand they could loan O to wave. This is a force of history no one man can stop. Just put Jeb in there: he’ll go with the current violent flow.
GHW Bush deserves some credit for his handling of the first Gulf War, in that everyone ponied up and delivered. (I have it on good authority that we actually made a PROFIT on the Gulf War!) He did it by forming a real alliance — which he referred to, always as “the allies” — and making it work.GW Bush, on the other hand, was going to go in regardless, because his neocon buddies urged him to, saying it would pay for itself (and not incidentally provide a stable puppet country for Mideast oil). They proposed the same thing to his father, but GHW had been in the world and understood it would never work. He even alluded to it gently in his memoirs. GW wasn’t that smart. So he destabilized the region, cost us unbelievable amounts of money (while cutting taxes on the rich, so we could never make it up until Obama came in), and got NOTHING for our effort and lives.
You got it absolutely right! We do not need to be involved let the Muslim Nations take care of THEIR Muslim problem. If the Bush’s had done that to begin with 9/11 May never have happened. Oliver North warned Congress, but what he forgot to say is we should have never traded arms for drugs for hostages as King Ronald did!!

Who’s letting them step up, instead of just emptying more of our boots for funerals?
Which, how did that Jordanian pilot get captured if not involved at the time in the fight against ISIL, if nobody was supporting us already?

Yeah, and Hillary and Obama have never invaded a country or backed a coup. They are all the same as Bush.
