Yes, it would benefit Canada so much that the Canadians refused to allow it to be built to Vancouver, that is several hundred miles shorter than going to Texas. Smart comment you make.
If the pipeline has been set to rigidly inspections, I would be supprised because it hs leaks somwhere every month it’s operated. It is also made from low grade China steel.
