@MortyfortyrantMorty, I’m guessing you don’t live in Berlin. The winter I lived there, the snow fell, it was pounded into ice along with dog doo and cigarette butts, and some of that was still on the ground when I left in April.(It cured me of the stereotype that all Germans are neat and tidy.)
