Every adult over the age of 25 should have learned: You get what you pay for.If you pay people a bare subsistence wage, or less, don’t be surprised when the service you get is as shown above.
I know business people who will only pay the minimum amount required by law as they have no respect for their employees. I know others who pay a more equitable rate as they value their employees and people. (and there are some that have to pay more if they want the jobs done)The argument that Minimum Wage is only for people entering the workforce need to enlighten business owners of that.
