The lack of a firepole in the middle of the stage may have been his first clue it was going to be different.
He may have also gone to see Hair.
In many modern ballets they don’t.
I hope he wasn’t shouting “Take it off,” at the stage.
Apparently Shoe went to the wrong ballet…
I wouldn’t care to see the male dancers ‘take it off.’
