Where rubber soles can be too much of a good thing.

Ted’s pant are just 3 feet down the sidewal. Yanked him clear out.

How did the dog get the name Thunder? Hmmm …

Pretty darned feisty for a chihuahua!

Though Ted kept Thunder on a leash, he didn’t exactly have him under control.

Ted held on and went on a lightning fast “ride” with Thunder “leading” the way.

[It was like a Thunder-storm: except here Thunder produced the Lightning.]

At least you can’t say Ted was dragging his heels.

You might as well just let go Ted. By the time the dog stops poor Ted will be partially naked.

Ted should have let go of the retractable leash when it started smoking.

Now that folks is what you call acceleration.

The very first dog we had we called Thunder. Great dog!

No shoes, no socks, no callouses…

I love the detail in Jerry Van Amerongen’s art. I like to draw and have learned a lot about capturing motion in a single drawing from him.

And there goes another pair of fine shoes. It’s a good thing Ted knows a guy that knows a guy who works as an undertaker who puts aside.. stuff.

Owww.

Those shoes have pretty good traction!
