JohnnyDiego That’s disgusting! A well made grilled cheese has a slice of garden tomato built in, which is a good trick in March.

Dip the grilled cheese in a hot bowl of chicken noodle soup, with a big glass of cold chocolate milk on the side.

Or, if that’s too many carbs, skip the bread and just sink some cheese directly in the soup. When you’ve finished the broth, there’s a yummy mass of chicken-flavored macaroni and cheese melted at the bottom of the bowl.

Dip my grilled cheese in ketchup?

You’d do it for Randolph Scott…

Thank you, everyone, for solving the question of what I should have for lunch today. I am short a garden tomato (you just can’t mix store-bought in with flavorful cheese, it adds nothing but makes the sandwich soggy) so I think I’ll opt for soup. Though I’m not one to shirk from a meal with both tomato options…. Although I don’t know about the soup. I may just heat some V8 over the stove. Ah, see, now I’ve talked even more than Fritzoid. I’d better leave now. I’ve melted cheese to attend to.

For the old timers here in MN only four things are need to make most recipes: salt, pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and ketchup. So yeah, dipping a grilled cheese in ketchup sounds about right.
