I had teacher in fourth grade, madame Doiron. She would often discuss the news in class and she gave me this curiosity about what happens in the World.
My grandmother was a school marm in a gold mining ranching town…she lived in a wood shed offered as a domicile by the store owner as part of her wages. Teachers deserve better.
