Yeah,you’ve got to use an earwax solution to get out really packed in earwax. An even more drastic solution is literally a power rinse. Had that done when I was a kid.
when my daughter was young, her ears became impacted, had to schedule hospital appointments, they had to gas her to remove the wax, narrow canals they said.

A pediatrician that uses a q-tip to remove wax from a child’s ear will soon be losing their license to practice.

yeah…no real pediatrician would want to use a q-tip in the ear! (though, to Trap’s defense, it’s not really common knowledge)
