Huh! Just saw an early, very primitive MUTT & JEFF cartoon. No dialog, just a continually ‘squiggle’ sound effect and an evil laugh for ‘The Phantom’. It was…unique.
I’m with Jeff, though usually it is Mutt who reacts like that. Great line your legs are 40 and my hat is new.
