The Wikipedia article is too long and rambling to quote, but if you’re curious, calamondin is just one of many names for Calamansi, a sour citrus fruit popular in parts of Asia.

The residents will have trashed the whole place in 90 days.

calamondin oranges make the most amazing marmalade. (I grow them on a tree inside a sun room in Maine.)
