The first black president could’ve been Herman Cain. However he didn’t “act” black enough for the Lib’s stereotype of how a black man SHOULD act. So they torpedoed him with baseless lies and accusations.
Set aside the narrative, step back a bit, and look at him objectively, and he pretty much is a conservative. Is Obama really that much different than McCain or Romney? Really? Let’s see. What’s he done to qualify as a liberal? Has he pulled our troops out of all the foreign wars they’re entangled in? Nope. Has he shut down Gitmo? Nope. Has he reversed any of the Bush administration’s attacks on our freedoms (Patriot Act, wiretapping, etc.)? Hell no. Has he done anything to alleviate the rapidly expanding income inequality in this country? You wish.What’s the most “liberal” thing Obama’s done? A health-care plan, based on the work of Romney and other Republicans, which relies on for-profit insurance corporations who are only slightly more ethical than the Mafia in order for it to work, instead of a single-payer system like every other civilized country on Earth, making it by far the furthest-right-leaning health care plan in the first world?He’s a conservative. Back then it seemed logical that the first African-American president would have to be conserative, to get enough of the conservative vote. Of course, back then we didn’t know he’d be following an eight-year train wreck….
His prediction may yet come true. obama was not born in the USA & therefore cannot be President, he is just an occupier of the White House. The next President should declare all laws & appointments made by him to be null & void.

Looking forward to the GOP parading out all of its ideas for this years elections, which won’t be ideas, just repeats of the same Obama bashing and no solutions to anything remotely based in reality. Repeating old scare tactics to cover up the fact that THEY HAVE NO IDEAS and their campaign talking points that amount to pretty words that mean nothing. Provide nothing in the advancement of our society. Just same old same old, rich get richer and middle class continues to go down the drain. Short sighted GOP doesn’t realize they are financially ruining their entire consumer base. Companies go under when people can’t afford their products, and the middle class is running out of “extra” money. Food, clothing and housing, just about all that we can afford, now.

It seeks to subvert freedom of speech via the IRS, NLRB, and FCC. It subverts freedom of religion with the ObamaCare mandates. It attempted to subvert the second amendment through a lunatic scheme to funnel weapons to the Mexican drug mafia, which succeeded in doing nothing more than killing thousands of Mexicans not inclined to come to the US. He has endeavored to raise taxes at every turn, and to otherwise constrict individual freedom through a bizarre misuse of the EPA. He subverts the single trustworthy government institution, the military, through non-support, and the effects of that mismanagement are now on display in Syria and Afghanistan and Iraq and in Benghazi (right, just a YouTube video.) There is nothing “liberal” about this leftist administration, and when leftists take over, truth is the first to exit the room.
Was Berkeley so wrong in the 80’s the first black was not a conservative of course back in the 80’s they still used the term communist and communism that was before the PC police. Now we call it being progressive
