My hubby has Celiac, and he’s found several companies that make good gluten-free bread. When he first was diagnosed (5 years ago) he was told that tasty bread would be difficult to find, but to keep trying, and he would eventually find things he liked. He did.

For the heck of it, I tried that gluten-free stuff and forget about it! I feel sorry for people who have to eat this stuff!
