Nancy: I picked mine out already--- What kind of book are you looking for? Sluggo: Well--- I'll look through the "new fiction" first and see if anything looks good--- Then I look at the "recommended reading" shelf to see if anything strikes me--- after that, I check the "biographies" and "non-fiction"--- After which I carefully compare all of the choices--- Then I take the book with the BIGGEST PRINT and FEWEST PAGES.

Sluggo would be just old enough to appreciate some of Heinlein’s “juveniles”. My son will need to wait a few years before he’s ready (but it doesn’t stop me from boring him with stories of MY reading them during the summer as a lad).
