I have a hard time even thinking of eating Elk, Deer, Antilope, or Bison! Lots of people up here like it all…..but I guess i just love looking at those beautiful animals, and not eating. :(((

We got about 5 inches of snow overnight. :)) Nothing compared to our friends out East. They had a really tough time of it, we see. The ski resort 13 miles west of us got 13 inches overnight. We haven’t had any snow for over a month, so anything is welcome!

Last time I was on the res for a powwow, the mama ladling out the soup asked, with a smile, if she should dig deep for the dog meat. Mmmmm.
