My expectations couldn’t get much lower.

That’s the first time I’ve seen Earl hold Opalin a long time.

The best way is not to have any expectations at all.

Tsk tsk tsk…Opal, you should know that the “I’m disappointed in you” guilt trip only works on your kids, not your husband. Guys really don’t mind if they don’t meet your expectations.

Opal when will you learn. Now my own hubby would know better.

Opal, if you want something done, do it yourself.

Perfection is the enemy of good!

This one is annoying. It’s sad how we’re told to lower our expectations more and more until they’re almost non-existent. And this is how a lot of rotten people turn out they way they are… because no one expected anything of them.

If you forget then you won’t be asked again.

I do see where Earl has his hand on the bag…and

groceries too..

I think Earl will find the downside of his philosophy at dinner time. :-0

i expect the man to get elected POTUS will use the job to fatten his bank account, increase his business power, do little to improve my situation or anyone’s i know, and probably sincerely care absolutely nothing about you nor i. and sadly, it will be accepted as Business as Usual. Party makes no diff.
