Ripley's Believe It or Not In May 2012, so many people were climbing Mt. Everest, the world's tallest mountain peak, at the same time, that the congestion slowed progress of hundreds of people, resulting in 4 deaths from exposure. Monarch butterflies are highly toxic to most predators, but their bodies do not create toxins! It comes totally from eating poisonous milkweed plants as caterpillars. Until the early 20th century, people in Bulgaria who were thought to have been killed by a vampire were buried with iron rods pierced through their hearts - to stake them down so they would not be able to rise again!

Tip: The trick with Monarch butterflies is to boil them first.

Most toxic animals get their toxins from their diet. When an animal produces poison, it’s usually only part of the animal and we call them venomous.

And even in works where that isn’t possible, a vampire may have enough strength to move all that dirt.

Up until the 19th century, iron was hard to find in Bulgaria, so they had to make do with wooden vampire stakes.

A real Vampire could! They have the strength of ten men!

That’s true, if they are staked they will revive if the stake is removed. And I would asume the same if they are shot by a silver bullet and the bullet is removed. If they are destroyed by the sun or fire, just a drop of fresh blood falling on the ashes will bring them back.
