What were Clinton and congress thinking? That their official censure would cause gays to rethink their sexual orientation? Does the family-values crowd believe in the value of commitment or don't they? Here's the irony, gang - come the election, conservatives should be prepared to accept full credit for promoting unstable, irresponsible gay relationships! This has been commentary.
