George W. Bush: Another beautiful day, huh? Man: Actually, it's cloudy, sir. Bush: What? Man: I just think it's time someone told you the truth, sir. Sir, one fo the things that's limiting your options is that the Army's almost broken. It may be time to finally consider re-instituting the draft. Bush: No way. I don't want to even hear the word! It's still much too early to ask for general sacrfice! Besides, you all know what the draft did to our generation. Who here served back in the day? Anyone? Well, you guys were lucky. I was stuck in the National Guard for FIVE years! Dick Cheney: Four. Bush: Oh. Thank you, Dick. At least I didn't have "other priorities". Cheney: I had to think about the next war, so we'd get it right. That's why were' winning.
