George W. Bush: Those damn Democrat partyists... someone's got to put a stop to their creeping democratism! Another of my initiatives shot down! What is wrong with the Democrat party? Man: Well, sir, part of it may be their irritation over how often you mispronounce their name. They hate it when you call the "Democrat" party, leaving off the "ic," the way Joe McCarthy did. Maybe you could show you don't mean any offense by starting to call your own party the "Republic" party. Bush: The "Republic" party? Man: Right. Bush: So I sound stupid instead of insulting? Man: There'd be a trade-off, yes.
