Man 1: I want a president who's gonna give us the best tax cut! Man 2: Yeah, but which one is the best tax cut plan? Voice: Hold it right there, Vacuous voters!... Man 1: Gasp...it's Obviousman! Obviousman: Apparently no one around here paid any attention in high school civics class... so for all you napping knuckleheads who vote on the basis of presidential tax cut promises, listen up... The president can't make tax laws! Tax and spending are the responsibility of congress... Promises about taxes or spending by any presidential candidate as hollow as the heads that actually believe them. The only promises that matter are the ones a candidate can directly be held accountable for. Man 1: Uh... They never seem to make those kind of promises, o-man... Obviousman: Welcome to electorate reality.
