Bobbi is the Woman who at the time of her “incident” with John is inflicted with a disease called Steve Dallas. (Same Steve as in Academia Waltz, except that the AC Steve gets married at the end of the strip.)
Steve refuses to let Bobbie go for quite some time. In one strip series he tries to entice Bobbie back by using a totally unnecessary wheel chair. Eventually he meets Quiche Lorane, who is more suited to his tastes.
Cutter John and Bobbie immediately become an item.
