Laura: Wait a sec!!...By your own admission--you and your entire mother/baby group should have no need to diet! You should practically all be skin'n'bones then, if, what you say is true--that you are chasing after toddlers all day. Adam: You'd think so. But that's only when they're awake. Laura: Toddlers are almost always awake. They never want to nap. Adam: And that's why we overindulge with food when they do sleep. We never know when we'll get another chance to eat.
IRL, that’s actually my life. Between volunteer work, being on call for the newspapers I’m with, helping care for elderly individuals, and so forth, I don’t get a lot of regular meals.
That means I have to grab what I can when I can because I don’t know how long it’ll be before I can get something again.
