The selling of your company's image takes place every time you use or answer the phone. The way every call is handled determines whether you create business or lose it. Be honest. If someone calls and it's a bad time to talk, politely tell him so. Ask the caller when a good time would be to call back, making sure to note the caller's name, number, firm or department.
