Laura: When you and I were first married, Adam, we pratically backpacked every trail in North America. Adam: Yup. Those were different times, that's for sure. Back then, Eddie Bauer actually sold sleeping bags instead of designer sleep sofas. Laura: (sigh) And now I find myself trying to talk my way out of going camping. Have I become someone else? When did I start to change?? Adam: About the time you stopped insisting we could only pack one toothbrush for the entire family to save weight whenever we traveled. Laura: And what if I were to run into spandex or lycra on the trail?? I may not be ready for this brave new world.
